Matthew Spillane, from Readville, is a senior at Boston Latin School and has welcomed the Seevak/ Facing History and Ourselves competition as an opportunity to work on the technical aspect of building a website.æ He has learned a great deal by getting a chance to experiment with new software and different elements while developing the site.æ Matt is the president of the Computer Society and also the captain of the Boston Latin School Sailing Team.æ While he is not in front of a computer screen or sailing on the Charles, he is a Sales Counselor at Circuit City.æ This year Matt has enjoyed his Advanced Placement Computer Science and his Economics class. Matt is planning to attend Northeastern University in the fall, where he will be studying Computer Science.
