Meghann McCarthy, from Readville, is a senior at Boston Latin School who has enjoyed being part of the team not only because she was able to spend more time with the other members of the group but because of the valuable learning experience.æ Meghann has enjoyed her career at Boston Latin School, she currently is a member of the National Honor Society, the Irish Historical Society, a writer for the schoolÍs newspaper, the Drama club, and varsity softball.æ At home she enjoys spending time with her friends, playing a pick-up basketball game, and reading.æ This year her favorite subjects where AP Modern European History, AP English Literature and Composition, and Humanities Honors.æ Next fall she will be studying at Boston University, she plans to major in English and foresees a possible career as a teacher.
