Like his partners William Phan is a junior working his way through high school. His second year doing a Seevak project (and the second time with Victoria), this has been even more fun than the last! Working with his teammates has been a blast, and learning about Yuri Kochiyama also very interesting. Will is very proud of the work put into the site and hopes it can be of use to anyone visiting it. |
