We are three freshmen at Boston Latin School who have created this
website on Hanan Ashrawi for the 2004 Seevak website competition at
our school. The Seevak competition is an educational, non-profit project,
the topic of which is someone who has contributed to human rights, tolerance,
and democratic institutions in the last 150 years. Our choice of Dr.
Ashrawi as a topic is based on her work for peace and equitable solutions
to the problems in Palestine. We hope that through this website you
can find a renewed interest in this conflict, as we have.
